• From 01-Apr-2014 to 10-Jan-2018, he took new challenge in  Hanoi University of Science and Technology – School of Mechanical  Engineering  as  Vice Dean

• From 27-Nov-2017 to 31-March-2021, he worked at Vinfast as Director of Vinfast Training Center
